"Patriotic Mason Jar"
Each child was given a mason jar and a small American Flag. They pasted on the American Flag and then put their sweet little handprint in bue or red paint on the other side of the jar. These pieces of art can be used as a candleholder, vase, or simply a darling little decoration for all our patriotic holidays.
Each jar is 7" tall with a 3" circumference.

Each student was given a 6" X 6" piece of Bristol Art paper to create their own, unique Zentangle art. Zentangle is a composition of many patterns drawn within a large pattern using fine ink pens. The students incorporated one of the Mariners' characteristics from the Pyramid of Success written into their pattern.
